Monique has been with Essential Care for only a short amount of time but has already gone above and beyond for her clients! She is hardworking, accountable and self-motivated! She has great communication skills with the office and makes sure that her clients are well taken care of. She has had compliments for great caregiving skills. Angie is our General Manager and has been an integral part of our team for many years. With over 20 years of management experience, she is passionate about helping teams reach their full potential. Angie strongly believes in the value of each team member and is committed to providing ongoing guidance and support to help them grow. Her fun and interactive approach to team meetings help to keep everyone engaged while she instills our Core Values into each team member. Outside of work, Angie loves to travel and explore new places. She is also a proud “Grangie” to her grandson. Her unwavering dedication to helping others and going above and beyond is what makes her a valuable asset to our team.
Krystal is a skilled Office Administrator with a strong background in both the healthcare and hospitality industries. Combining exceptional organizational skills and a customer-focused approach, Krystal provides outstanding service to clients and staff alike. Her experience in hospitality adds a unique perspective, enhancing her ability to manage diverse teams and prioritize patient and staff satisfaction. Outside of work Krystal loves to spend time with her husband and daughter playing board games or watching a good movie. Time away from work and family Krystal enjoys escaping with a good romance book, a MMORPG game or a fantasy anime. Krystal loves being part of a team and excels in delivering top-notch administrative support.
Shaalin is one of our Weekend Schedulers and plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations. She works diligently to coordinate caregiver schedules, making sure our clients receive reliable and timely care. Shaalin is known for her excellent problem-solving skills and her ability to connect with both clients and caregivers.
Connor Dimick is Essential Care’s Recruiter and an integral member of our team. With years of experience managing people, he has a knack for finding top-quality caregivers to join our team. In addition to his recruitment work, Connor’s technological skills have made him an asset to our company in many other ways. He manages our social media presence, maintains our website, and implements new tools to help us work more efficiently. Connor’s passion for learning and innovation extends beyond this work, too — he’s always eager to try new hobbies and expand his horizons. Thanks to Connor’s skills and expertise, Essential Care is able to provide top-quality care to even more clients.
Shaylee is one of our Weekday Schedulers, and she brings a wealth of experience to her role. She is responsible for coordinating the schedules of our caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the care they need when they need it. Shaylee is a great communicator and is able to build strong relationships with both clients and caregivers. When she’s not at work, Shaylee loves to spend time with her three kids. Her experience as a mother has taught her the importance of compassion and patience, which she brings to her work as a scheduler. Shaylee’s commitment to her family and to her work make her an integral member of our team.
As a Business Development Representative for Essential Care, Devin is passionate about growing the company and expanding its brand to ensure it remains the number one PCA provider in the Las Vegas Valley—a company families trust with their loved ones. A proud Las Vegas native, Deven enjoys staying active by playing pickleball, working out, and spending quality time with his family.
Passionate about purposeful growth, Angel plays a key role in expanding Essential Care’s presence and strengthening its reputation as the top PCA provider in the Las Vegas Valley. When he’s off the clock, Angel enjoys staying active and competitive on the soccer field each weekend.
