Fingerprint/Background Check
PCA Training
PCA Competency Exam
Elder Abuse Awareness/Training
CPR & First Aid Certified
Employment Physical Exam
TB/X-Ray Results must be satisfied
3 year driving history record
Current driver’s license
Proof of Vehicle Insurance
